SCI = (E x I + M) per check, following the Green Software Foundation specification (ISO/IEC 21031:2024): model energy from the measured tokens, function energy from the measured time, location-based grid intensity, and an embodied hardware share. Every merge request re-measures it in GitLab CI, and a change that cuts carbon but misses scams fails the gate.
